Just an update. I tryed another thing and it got me even more confused.

So I have 2 extensions and another number that rings both of them.
If I ring the number of one of the extensions it works just fine. If I try to call the same number again after that it goes to the voicemail.
If (without cleaning the missed calls) I call the "group" number, it rings and another missed call is recorded. And after that if I call the extension number (without cleaning the records) it also rings.

Basically it just doesn't work if I call the same number twice.

I'm really confused on what to do.
