Please help with settings needed for Billion router

Hello

I have just created my account and hopefully I should be able to connect my Billion 7402VGP router to the Voipfone service.

However my eyes have totally glazed over now with the umpteen different attempts at entering combinations of my details into the settings to enable me to connect.

Each time I try I get connection failure. :?

EDIT: Problem sorted and it does seem that I can now connect :)

I was following an old post....

and needed to change

voipfone.co.uk

to

sip.voipfone.co.uk

Glad you got sorted Morgan.

If you run into any problems with the billion router one of the first things to try would be to update the firmware. We were struggling with de-registrations for a long time using a billion. A firmware upgrade sorted us out.
