Billing problem: Two records for an outgoing call

#1
Looking at my outgoing calls records for this month, I see that two calls each have two call records.

For example: On New Year's day I made one call to a New Zealand number. This shows up in the log as _two_ calls, both starting at 07:44. The first "call" was 9 seconds long, the second 37 seconds. Each "call" was billed 1p.

The same happened again this afternoon, when I was billed 2p for a local UK call split over two call records, lasting just 57 seconds in total.

Something is seriously amiss here. Voipfone, please investigate.

We can't discuss details of your account here. Please email support with your account number and we'll certainly look into it for you.

(Two billing records for one call normally means you were using web call back - we need to check whether that was the case)

Definitely not. I just dialed the number on the handset.
