Sipura 3000

#1
Our Sipura 3000 has stopped registering on voipfone, all I have changed is the extension number, nothing else. Anyone any ideas?? It keeps coming back as failed.

Thanks

You'll need to set the password for the new extension number too, just changing the account number will disable it because it will then have the wrong (old) password with a new user.

Have also changed the password but it still fails to register, annoyance is that the new users work fine on my draytek and I can make calls etc so I know I am configuring things correctly. The Sipura just doesn't want to play ... will keep trying.

If you don't sort it out, email support at voipfone.co.uk and we'll have a look at your account.
