Incoming calls - Sometimes cannot hear user

Hi,

using eyebeam and we are having an issue that seems to cause us not to be able to hear the user on inbound calls. Outbound calls seem to work no problem.

Its not every inbound call, just some.

Have you tried using the nat proxy or removing it if it is there?
