I think that you will find that you need to go to "My PBX" and tick the new BH (Business Hours) box for the extensions that should operate in accordance with the business hours settings.

If you use a Voicemail message then you will also need to tick the VM (VoiceMail) box.

Seems that the new BH feature introduced by Voipfone defaulted all extensions to off - until we change it back again.

Yes we do seem to have developed a strange bug with the business hours we are debugging this and should have it resolved very soon

Tell you what though.....it's opened our eyes to calls we were missing.

Last night we took sales, and also this morning another sale following a call.

Is there anyway to log calls in the control panel for when offices are closed? It would give us data to see if we need to extend opening times, and also give us numbers to call back....which for voipfone would be more revenue generating :lol:

We monitor out of hours calls in the "missed calls" log veiwed in the main menu online.

We use this to monitor if any of our engineers have had call outs.
