Call Queuing


According to Call Queuing information, only callers where queues are over 4 callers waiting will get the time they have to wait before being answered.

I understand that with 1 caller this is pointless, but some setups are smaller, especially with voip based usage atm. Does anyone think this maybe should be lowered, maybe as low as when 2 or more are in the queue?

I've always been a great believer in giving people plenty of information. Calling call centres/support/sales lines etc are one thing I bet we all wish we had more waiting time info. Maybe we can all start a common good practice trend of giving this out?

Maybe the situation is different if I/we knew where the figure of 4 was picked from?
