phone not registering

I moved (yestarday) from a home office to an office in a business park. The place already has internet wired into all the offices however i have noticed that the phone is having the old problems of not registering after a while and i need to manually reboot. is this something that could be wrong on my end or something i need to talk to the it department about??

I would suggest that you firstly speak to the IT department to find out how many other businesses you are sharing your Internet connection with you could also try doing a tracert or mtr to sip.voipfone.co.uk and see if you can identify any problems if you forward a copy of the mtrs to support we will be happy to look in to this for you

Its best to use sip.voipfone.co.uk but the fact that you says its unregistering and registering intermittently would indicate a connection problem
