D-Link DSL-2640R & AOL: Voipfone stopped working

My Voipfone has been working OK for quite a few months with the same setup and ISP but just recently it doesn't work at all. No outgoing calls and incoming calls go straight to voicemail.

AOL is my ISP and I have their D-Link router, with a handset connected via a Linksys PAP2T. I remember that it took me quite a while to work out the right settings on the router, but after that everything was OK until just recently. I haven't changed any settings or updated firmware or anything.

The Linksys PAP2T is connected to the internet via the router's DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) to bypass the router's firewall.

One thing I have noticed is that the router shows the LinksysPAP as being connected on the IP address but on the router's DMZ settings screen it shows the LinksysPAP as being connected to the DMZ IP address

Does anyone know whether AOL or Voipfone have recently changed any settings that might have affected my system and stopped the VOIP from working ?
