If you've recently changed the router you use and are seeing issues such as your phone is not registering or receiving calls please check to ensure you have the latest firmware installed and SIP ALG is disabled.
We are seeing large numbers of customers changing their router and finding their phones don't operate correctly. There's thousands of router makes and models available and a large number appear to have 'SIP ALG' turned on by default. This usually causes issues when using VoIP telephones.
We can't be experts on all routers available, Please contact your routers technical support service if you require assistance disabling SIP ALG.
