Cisco 7940 - Incoming calls go straight to Voicemail

Hi all,

I am a very new user with Ip phone. It will be really great if any of you could advise and help.

Problem is : I brought the phone back to Vietnam in the purpose of letting my family to contact me while i am in UK.

However, they can call me but i can never phone them. All the incoming calls go straight to Voicemail.

Here is my setting :

Proxy address : sip.voipfone.co.uk
Proxy Port : 5060
Register with proxy : yes
Outbound proxy : nat.voipfone.co.uk
Outbound proxy port : 5065
Nat enabled : Yes
Nat address : 195.189.173.12 (>>> this is IP for nat.voipfone.co.uk <<)

Firmware Version
==============================
Application Load ID : P0S30-8-8-00
Boot Load ID : PC030301
DSP Load ID : 4.0(2.0)[A0]

Do i miss anything else in the setting ?
I have read somewhere that you need the option : "NAT received" to be 1
But i do not see that option anywhere in the SIP setting

Thanks a lot Blake

It works perfectly now. I can receive incoming call now.
Any version after 8.2 doesn't work for Cisco 7940

However sometimes i could not make calls to uk mobile number and got the message : "the number you dialed is not in service" while it is the right number and can be called when using a normal landline.

Apart from possible reason of the low bandwidth connection from Vietnam, could it be other reason for this ?

This happens if the number is not in our routing tables. This is usually only the case with premium number ranges or very new mobile ranges. Please drop an email to support with the number you can't reach and we'll let you know what's causing the problem.
