Speedtouch - Calls okay at first, then one-way audio

I spoke to support about this this morning but I"m still having problems...

I'm using the VOIP port on the Speedtouch 780.

All outbound calls are fine.

All inbound calls are fine for 60 secs before the caller cannot hear me.

I've turned off the router's firewall.

I've tried turning off SIP ALG and using the nat.voipfone proxy as detailed in the sticky posts at the top of this forum.

Don't know what else to do!

Anyone any ideas? :cry:
