It's really hard to say without a full understanding of the network.

If the main router for the network has SIP ALG settings turned on it can cause issues. If you're able to work with the network admins you should certainly be able to get it to work.

It may well just work without any issues, without knowing what's on the network we can't say for sure.

It's very likely a phone will work in that case.

Are you planning on just the one phone?
