"Provider registration failed" - Siemens 450ip

My girlfriend regularly gets "Provider registration failed" on her Siemens 450ip handset. It stays like that for a day or two, then goes away. Rebooting does nothing..

I have the same handset at my home, a Voipfone account as well, and have never ever had this. Our settings are all the same as I have set both phones up.

I am with BE (before with Newnet) and she is with Plusnet if this makes any difference..
Can anyone help as she is getting very frustrated!

Can you please try changing the registrar from sip.voipfone.co.uk to sip.voipfone.net and removing the NAT Proxy if you have it set. Give us a call if you need to know how to do this 020 7043 5555.

Thanks.. Changing to voipfone.net has got things running again. The NAT was already off.

Should I be using the .net for my own other devices, both hardware and softphones?
