Click to dial I love it but can I use it from my web based CRM and what do I tell my developer?

I am having a bepoke web based CRM application built which includes customer service and telemarketing operations. It would be fantastic if all the guys had to do was click the number and it would dial. I have seen this working on your site, how do I get it to work on mine and what do I tell my developer?

I have been using this system for 2 days, I am finding more and more uses all the time.

You should just be able to use our standard TAPI - ask your developer to integrate it.
