Although the install process runs through correctly I cannot get any sign of the TAPI after it has finished... Is there a work around that anyone knows of?

Thanks...

We have 5 Windows 7 64bit computers, run SugarCRM and have Linksys IP phones registered to Voipfone. We need a 64 bit TAPI driver to get the phones working with the computers before we look into linking the TAPI interface with SugarCRM. Is there one available yet? or another compatable alternative?
Ive tried installing the TAPI driver but nothing shows in the windows system32 directory, nor does it show in the add phone in the advanced section in controlpanel phones and modems.

Thanks

Unfortunately we don't support TAPI on 64 bit systems at this time.

OK - I pledge £100 to the developer who gets a working TAPI Windows 7 plugin for Voipfone. Maybe a few other people could chip in a pledge too?

PLEASE DO - I was quite serious and it almost works perfectly...

Slight drawback is that if it comes across a number with +44 or +33 at the beginning it falls in a heap. Also, if you hang up before the recipient number picks up the call it doesn't disconnect the call and the recipient answers to nothing but presumably we keep paying for the call.

But so what - given the fact it only took a week, awesome....

I'll bring to our development teams attention the issue with internationally formatted numbers.

Regarding the call not hanging up when you do, that's wrong. That's not happening when I have tested it.

What telephone equipment are you answering the call on?
