Good Evening all,

I hope you all are well. I am worried that there is not fix and was silly change from Sky to BT.

I have got a Home Hub 5 and for one reason or another it's not feeding Internet to my Snom phone. It was passed through if I connect my laptop to my phone.

Is there any fix?

You need disable SIP ALG if you want your VOIP phone to work. Unfortunately the BT home hub 5 doesn't offer any way to disable this, no work around, nothing! So you will need to use a third party router.
