Feature suggestion: Registering a landline for callback

My grandmother lives in Zimbabwe and I would very much like it if she could initiate calls from my voipfone account using her Zim landline. The only thing stopping this seems to be that we cannot verify her landline via SMS as you can with a mobile.
Is there another work around? The web interface cannot be used to start calls as there is no broadband.

If you email support we can manually add the number, we can call the line to verify it can be used.
