Accessing voicemail from another phone question

I am trying to access my voicemail from another phone and it doesnt work. It tells me to enter in the phone number and then the password.
wihich password should this be. i am using the account password and it says it is incorrect.
any help would be greta on this.

It needs you accont number - the 3xxxxxxx one, not your phone number, plus your 6 digit password,
