Hi All,

If I understand correctly, the VoipFone can forward all calls, calls that reach the service when I'm not logged in, and finally calls that reach me when I'm already busy with another call.

Now, could we have the service forwarding calls when:
1) I'm loged in but I don't answer the call after x number of rings, or
2) when I'm busy.

Regards,
jbr

You can do this using most hardware telephones - which phone do you use with our service?

Not exactly a phone: Linksys PAP2.
(If only Linksys had decent manuals for their products, or at least decent user interfaces, instead of mostly abbreviations...)

jbr

PS - I've figured it out! I'm using VoipFone as my PAP2's line2. So:
1) I've set "Cfwd No Ans Ser - yes", and "Cfwd Busy Ser - yes" in the Line 2 Tab;
2) Then in the User 2 tab, in the "Cfwd No Ans Dest", and "Cfwd Busy Dest" fields I entered the numbers desidered, and adjusted the wait time (in sec.) in the "Cfwd No Ans Delay".

It's working! :D

Thanks a lot for the tip.

Regards,
jbr
