Not exactly a phone: Linksys PAP2.
(If only Linksys had decent manuals for their products, or at least decent user interfaces, instead of mostly abbreviations...)

PS - I've figured it out! I'm using VoipFone as my PAP2's line2. So:
1) I've set "Cfwd No Ans Ser - yes", and "Cfwd Busy Ser - yes" in the Line 2 Tab;
2) Then in the User 2 tab, in the "Cfwd No Ans Dest", and "Cfwd Busy Dest" fields I entered the numbers desidered, and adjusted the wait time (in sec.) in the "Cfwd No Ans Delay".
It's working!
