Hi,

This looks to be ok now.

What happened? We would like an explanation as we had no business phones for 1 day.

Also, can you announce upgrades?

Thanks

I agree that voipfone should announce any planned updates/upgrades that could effect registrations, maybe a couple of days before so that users can be prepaired for any problems and maybe even make sure they have a backup plan just in case?

Nothing worse than coming in to the office to start work at 9am and nothing works, even more so when you spend a couple of hours messing with configuration settings just to fine out the fault lies with the provider! You tend to spend another couple of hours trying to setup a backup plan!

At least if all else fails you know changes have been made at the providers end, and that could be the cause of the problem!

We make many small changes to our service all the time but we would never make any changes that we thought may affect service without warning customers.

Nor would we make changes in a way which we thought would lead to daytime service interruption - except in a real emergency.

What happened this week affected a only a few of our thousands of customers and in a way that we couldn't - and obviously didn't, predict.

Nevertheless we're sorry for the problems you had - it's heartbreaking for us too.
