Any suggestions on blocking sales spam?

 Any suggestions on blocking sales spam? I'm having to fend off a lot of 'indian web outsourcing' calls from numbers prefixed 88, it's getting incredibly annoying apart from wasting money on the redirect to my mobile, is there any way of blocking particular numbers, or the prefix entirely? If voipfone don't offer any antispam capability, can anybody suggest another provider that does (PM me please if you know of any)
