Hello, ive just bought a package from you to have a geographical phone number and installed the zoiper softphone to use it. every time i try to make a call when it connect the sound quality is inteligible.

Can you tell me what is going wrong. my download speed is 8752Kbps and upload is 472Kbps according to a broadband speed checker.

i setup the software according to the guide on this forum (after about half an hour of searching for a guide which originally angered me but now this has overtaken that problem in anger).

why is it doing this the sound quality is like a muffled darleck.

What codecs should i be using? (if not the one that is in your guide to make this work)

Are the codecs currently set to a-law ? You could try GSM also, maybe try a different headset if you are using one , if your not this could be why the sound is so muffled
