 VoiceMail
Hi..
I am trying to setup voicemail but not having much success. I have PBX set up and my business hours are set as closed all day, 7 days a week.
My number is currently diverted to my talktalk home phone and the divert works ok. I tried dialling 0843 1 760 760 as suggested by support, it was all a bit flaky getting through, on several occasions I just got a dead tone after entering my account number. Anyway, got through in the end and recorded my message, listened to it and saved it but when I ring my voip number I am still getting my standard TalkTalk anwerphone recording.
I have tried going back in on the number given above to re-record and save but now after I enter my password all I get is a voice saying "You have....Goodbye" and the phone goes dead.
Can someone please help
Cheers
Adrian

 Re: VoiceMail
OK...Scrub that. It now seems to be working, I had Master Divert setup, which I cleared, would that have been affecting it?
But now another question....it diverts straight away, my house phone doenst ring at all. Is there a way to set it up so that it will go to voicemail after so many unaswered rings, like a normal answerphone?
Still cant seem to get into voicmail from external phone either...just get the dead tone after entering account number
