 Voicemail Query (Groups)
Hi All,
Just in the process of setting up a Voipfone PBX system for a school and looking for some help regarding voicemail and groups.
We have one incoming geographic number and 8 extensions. 4 of these extensions are in a group, 4 are not.
What we would like to happen is this.
One incomming geographic number >> (call queue if needed) >> rings 4 extensions in group >> (if no answer) >> Voicemail.
We only require one voicemail box for the whole system. The 4 extensions which are not in the group have VM switched off, this is fine. We would like only 1 'centralised' VM box for the 4 extensions in the group, so if none of these phones are answered, or outwith business hours, calls goto a single voicemail box which is then accessable from any of the extensions in the group.
Sorry, that's about as clear as mud. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks MG

 Re: Voicemail Query (Groups)
Calls in the call Q stay in the Q until answered and don't go to voicemail, so that bit we can't help with I'm afraid.
You get one voicemail for the master account which can be accessed via 1572. (And one voicemail box for each extension).
The rest is rather confusing and we need more info. Can you please email support at voipfone co uk.
