 Business Hours Voicemail
At the moment after business hours, the IVR still answers as per normal, meaning you are given the choice of extensions. It is only after choosing the extension that you then get the message that the person at that extension is not available.
Is there a way for the IVR to provide a voicemail (giving details of the business hours) when it first answers and sending the caller direct to voicemail instead of unnecessarily giving the caller further options.
This would be the obvious and normal way to handle this but I can't see reference to it in the manual.
