Each extension has its own Voicemail and can be accessed by dialling 1571 in the normal way. (Or get it from the website).

The master account is an exception. Often each extension needs to pick up voicemail from the main office number, this can be done by dialling 1572.

If you need to access an extension’s voicemail from an ordinary telephone you can do it by dialling 0843 1 760 760 then entering the voipfone number and password for the correct account or extension.

For example, to access voicemail for extension 205 on account 31234567, enter 31234567*205 then 123456 (its own password).

What is my voicemail extension if I want to divert calls when busy to voicemail rather than to another extension or outside number.

There is not a number to divert it to. If you disable call waiting on your phone it will inform our network your phone is busy and we'll automatically send the call to voicemail.

Which phone are you using?

Linksys SPA941 and in the set up it states that you can divert calls to an outside number, an internal extension or your voicemail number.

how would I go about disabling call waiting (not sure the boss would like that)

Some VoIP systems do have a number for sending your call to voicemail, We don't have one i'm afriad.

You say you're looking for calls to go to voicemail on busy but it sounds like your boss does not want call waiting disabled? If call waiting is turned on then your phone will never be busy, it will always be classed as being available.

I will find out how to turn off call waiting on those phones, I think it may only be possible on some firmware versions. I will have the information posted here: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=3864
