I know you *hate* telling us your priorities most of the time.... any chance after your meeting on the 1st March you'll let us know your direction. I think I can speak for a lot of people, we all like to know as we find it quite exciting!!

Voipfone seems to be great for many things, one thing i personally think it lacks in, is that when a caller rings you out of hours you can only divert the caller to a voicemail - Eg when people call our company, they ring, get welcomed via the IVR, get told their number 1 in the queue and then a voicemail to get told the office is closed...
Sureley this is something pretty straight forward to set up. So when a caller rings, either we can record a message to say were closed or voipfone have a standard message to say the office is closed...
Everything is so complete with voipfone but this seems to be something so straight forward for businesses its been missed off

Is there anything on the horizon for voice to text?
Jott is up for mobiles in the states, http://www.jott.com/
This would be great for storing messages.

Hi guys,
At the moment when my minutes run out i currently have to cancel the prepaid service, and initiate a new prepaid service...
How about a feature/addon with the inclusive minutes packages...
As in an update which sends a warning email when your customers inclusive minutes package expires before the renewal date?
or how about a feature for when the account's inclusive minutes package are automatically renewed when it reaches 0 minutes?? causing a new billing date where the 30 day validity begins?

Hi
Any word on when email to fax will be up and running? I'm in Australia and the feature would cut our fax phone bill dramatically. Maybe even a service that allows us to print to some software on our PC's and send a fax via the VOIPFONE network
Regards
Teviot

be great to be able to configure the voice mail, so for example
i have 4 extensions
we are all busy on them, voicemail to kick in and say all lines are busy please leave a message or call back in 5 minutes
When we are closed, voice mail to say "we are closed blah blah"
no one answers ... to say all lines are busy.
That would be great!
the current voice mail situation i.e, diverting snom phones to other extensions gets too complicated.

I'd like the Line and extension status indicators
It would be really useful, has it been done yet?

Not sure why this isn't on the list, unless either I've missed something or it's beyond the tech people for the moment.
Please can we have Call Divert to another landline or mobile either after a number of unanswered rings (specifiable) or immediately?
This is a really useful feature found on voiptalk and sipgate. I can't understand why it's not on voipfone when you have so many other useful features.
Oh, and one more: ability to record outgoing voicemail message by dialling in instead of uploading an MP3. Or have I missed that one too?
Thanks in hope.

You can currently set a divert via the website for an immidiate divert, busy divert or PSTN failover divert. Timeout diverts can't be set via the website but can be set on pretty much all hardware phones. What phone do you use? virtualphoneuser wrote: Oh, and one more: ability to record outgoing voicemail message by dialling in instead of uploading an MP3. Or have I missed that one too? The ability to upload voicemails is quite new - Before that and still now users can record voicemail via 1571 (or 1572 if your number is part of a ring group)
