Tapi not working 4 me either

I run Winxp Home & have installed the Tapi plugin for Outlook (I use Outlook 2003). When I right click to dial a contact & press 'start call' nothing happens. Voiphone callback is selected in the options menu. Any ideas?

We have checked your details and everything looks fine could you uninstall the software are re install please

I've uninstalled Tapi & re-installed with exactly the same result - nothing happens.
