
Quality issues / Congestion
We're seeing a number of customers reporting quality issues with their VoIP services.
This is not effecting everyone and appears to be caused by a large internet related outage - It appears LINX is unavailable due to a power outage at Telehouse.
Our network itself is fine, if you divert your calls to a regular land line or mobile number you will not see issues.
We're seeing some internet connectivity routing via Spain, causing large congestion issues and packet loss.
This issue appeared to start at around 14:10 this afternoon - Calls at this time may have disconnected if you were taking a route via the failed networks.
Update: 15:35 It appears everything is now routing correctly.
