Update: We've been informed that the problem was fixed at 14.20. Thanks for your patience.

Our Irish provider has notified us of a major hardware failure at their Dublin site and as a result all Irish inbound numbers are currently failing.

We have a workaround which will restore service until the permanent solution is found.
