Service Announcement - Inbound Call Issue

 Service Announcement - Inbound Call Issue 11.05am, Wednesday
We are aware that some of our inbound numbers are giving number unobtainable tone when dialled. The problem is affecting a small number of our users and is intermittent.
We have engineers working on this now and hope to have the problem resolved shortly.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update 12.00 noon
The problem is outside our network and is being worked on. We have been told that it will be resolved in an hour or so.

Apologies for the delay with this one.
Full service has almost been restored. It should be 100% working again very soon.

Re: Service Announcement - Inbound Call Issue We are having big problems this morning with almost ALL incoming calls being dropped or diverted to answerphone.
Is this related to the same problem?

Try a reboot of your router and phone.
