When I try to set up an account, I can enter all the details in the boxes, but I can't find an OK button anywhere to confirm the entries. I suspect there is a button below the bottom of the window, but because it isn't visible I can't click on it. I've tried the ALT-left_mouse_button trick to drag the window upwards, but this doesn't work in this case.
