|
|
I have two seperate offices both with their own broadband connection - hence seperate IP addresses.
I have a voipfone account and 0845 number in the main office. I then want to setup the second office to be able to take calls if the main office phone is not answered via a simply divert.
It would also be useful to be able to call internally as well as transfering calls between each other.
How would I go about this and what additional services will I require from voipfone. I assume I don't require any VPN, etc between each site? |

You just need to take a couple of extensions (£0.99 pm each) and both will ring when your number is called - you don't need the divert, though you could use one if you liked.
Calls can be transferred between offices for free - you don't need any extra connectivity.
We'd recommend using proper business phones - any from the snom range will be fine.

Thanks for the quick response - sounds like a "simple" solution too!
Will I need a seperate number (e.g. 0845) at the 2nd office? |
