|
|
Hi there,
I have a setup where I have a desk phone on 1 extension, and another extension set to divert to voicemail. I have had to disable voicemail on the mobile because i want all my messages coming in the same mailbox.
Both extensions are in a line group and ring together.
A great feature for me would be if in this case, if my mobile did have voicemail on, you could detect that in the ring (voicemail ring is different from phone ring - i can tell them apart so I'm sure the system can). Then, in my case you could stop ringing the mobile if voicemail was going to answer.
In the case of someone diverting 1 number to Voicemail, you could take back the call to voipfone answerphone rather than the mobile answerphone.
Thanks,
Alex |

This is not possible I'm afriad - different mobile network's voicemail work differently. Not all change their ring back tone before connecting to voicemial. _________________ Regards
