Hi

I am trying to setup a Snom360 phone with a 3Com Router, model 3CRWE754G72-A.

The VOIPfone wizard did an excelent job of configuring the phone, which looks like its registed with VOIPfone, however I am unable to make any outgoing calls to numbers of the advised test numbers.

I have tried calling my VOIP number from the "Make a Web Call" option on the "Your Account" page. This was successful, in that the phone rang, however i have not check that voice / sound was working

I am assuming there is some problem with either the phone config, or teh router.

Has anyone else experianced similar problems and acan suggest points to check, or better still a fix

Thank you
Stephen

You may need to add the Nat Proxy - info here:

http://www.voipfoneuserforum.com/viewtop ic.php?t=2707

You enter the proxy in the 'outbound proxy' field under the login tab, in the Identity 1 page of the phone's browser

Hi

Thank you for a prompt responce

I have tried the phone with and without this etting, and it seems it makes no difference...

Sine my original post, with the nat proxy set as described, the phone has on one occasion connected to the 155 number.

Do you have any other suggestions

Can you check that the router has the latest firmware installed then reboot both your router and your phone.

Also please run an MTR - info here:

Please visit the IP of your phone, You can find that by pressing, Down, Up, Tick on your phone.

Click 'Identity 1' on the left, then remove your displayname and save.

Please then try making a call.
