We've made some changes to the way email support works.
We use the email address that you have registered with us to pop up your account details so that when you email for help we have everything in front of us.
Unfortunately, many emails arrive from non-registered accounts so we can't use our systems to help or even know if you are a customer of Voipfone.
(And, there is an ever increasing amount of spam of course)
So from now on, if you email support from an address we don't recognise you will receive this message as an auto-response.
