On July 12th Voipfone sent a notice about 0870 numbers. Included in that notice was a comment about 0844 numbers:

Can you give any references to support this, I can't find anything on the ICSTIS website. |

It looks like 0844 will be outside this regulation but the revenue share is too small to be economic.
